“Big Five” personality traits of the Donor

Extraversion

Demonstrates a balanced, moderate level of extraversion. She easily comes into contact with people when it is necessary for work or life, but at the same time does not feel a constant need to be the center of attention or in noisy companies. Harmoniously combines sociability with the ability to comfortably work autonomously and maintain her own personal boundaries.

2

Emotionality

Demonstrates an average level of emotional stability. Generally has a sufficient level of self-control and adaptability, but may be sensitive and emotionally volatile under prolonged or intense stress. Under normal circumstances, maintains balance and responds adequately to work tasks.

3

Openness to New Experiences

Shows moderate openness to new experiences. Has sufficient curiosity and flexibility of thought to absorb new knowledge and adapt to change. At the same time, she tends to rely on proven methods and practical experience, seeking a reasonable balance between innovation and traditional approaches.

4

Conscientiousness

Demonstrates a moderate level of conscientiousness and strict self-control. She is more likely to be spontaneous, flexible, and responsive to situations than to follow strict schedules and regulations. She may procrastinate or look for easier and quicker ways to accomplish tasks, relying more on inspiration and circumstance than on clear long-term planning.

5

Agreeableness

Shows a moderate-balanced level of benevolence while maintaining a healthy pragmatism. Shows courtesy and is ready to cooperate in a team, but is not prone to excessive sacrifice or blind trust. In interactions with others, she is able to defend her own interests and maintain common sense and criticality.

A

Psychological assessment of the donor:

The donor was raised in a complete family with her mother and father. Her father died when she was six years old, which was a significant event for the family. She has an older sister who is fourteen years older. She talks about her childhood with warmth. She describes herself as an active, open, obedient child who easily communicated with her peers. She enjoyed swimming, dancing, loved modeling from dough, and sang at school events. She recalls that she always gravitated towards people and active leisure, so she liked spending time with her mother more than staying in the village, where there were few children. After graduating from the ninth grade, she entered a medical college to study nursing. She studied for about a year and a half, but was forced to suspend her studies due to starting a family and having a child. She planned to complete her education in the future, but the full-scale war made its adjustments, and the family was forced to move.
She is married. Together with her husband, she is raising an eight-year-old daughter. She speaks about her family with warmth and respect. She devotes a lot of time to her daughter's development, accompanies her to aikido, dance and English classes, actively participates in her upbringing and supports the child's versatile development. She notes that motherhood is an important part of her life.
She learned about participating in the donation program from social networks. She calls the main motivation the desire to help families facing infertility, because she understands how difficult the path to parenthood can be. The financial component is not a determining motivation. Her husband was initially worried about the safety of the program for her health, but after receiving the necessary information, he fully supported her decision.
The donor gives the impression of a mature, responsible and emotionally stable person. She demonstrates established personal boundaries, knows how to defend her own position, without allowing personal space to be violated. At the same time, she remains open to interaction, friendly and empathetic. She expresses a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle, supports physical activity, appreciates sports, movement and taking care of her own health.
According to her, there were no cases of mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction among her closest relatives.
