The donor was raised in a complete, prosperous family with her parents and younger sister. She describes the family environment as warm, supportive, and emotionally safe. Since childhood, she was very much looking forward to the birth of her sister, took an active part in caring for her, and now maintains a close, trusting relationship with her. She has good contact with her mother and other family members, who support her decision to participate in the donation program.
She studied with pleasure, was an active student, participated in school events, and was engaged in dancing and gymnastics. After graduating from the ninth grade, she entered the college at the Kyiv National University, where she received an education in economics, after which she continued her studies at the university and received a full higher education. She currently works in the hospitality and restaurant business.
Due to the outbreak of a full-scale war, she was forced to temporarily leave for Poland, later lived in Canada, but consciously returned to Ukraine because she feels a strong emotional connection to her homeland and loved ones. She has formed life values, and seeks stability, peace, and certainty.
The main motive for participation is the desire to help families who are facing infertility and cannot become parents on their own. The decision is approached responsibly and consciously.
